Commercial Plastering Auckland & Northland

Commercial plasterwork for new builds, fit-outs, and refurbishments. Finishing that meets specification, delivered on schedule.

Precision Plastering for Commercial Spaces

Commercial plastering demands a level of precision and consistency that residential work does not always require. In commercial environments, plaster finishing must meet the specification set by architects and project managers, integrate with other trades on schedule, and hold up to the demands of high-traffic and often harsh operating environments.
ST Coatings has been delivering commercial plastering across Auckland and Northland for over 40 years. Our teams work on new commercial builds, office fit-outs, retail refurbishments, hospitality premises, educational facilities, healthcare environments, and large-scale residential apartment developments. We have the experience to work within the coordination requirements of larger construction projects and the precision to deliver the finish quality that commercial clients expect.
Our commercial plastering services cover both GIB stopping and set plastering, as well as external cement plaster systems on commercial buildings. We assess the substrate and specification before quoting, and we apply the correct system for the environment — standard stopping for typical office interiors, moisture-resistant systems for wet areas and commercial kitchens, and impact-resistant finishes where required.
We work to programme. Commercial construction runs to a schedule and delays cost money. ST Coatings commits to the programme we agree at the start of the job and we maintain communication with project managers and site supervisors throughout the project.
