For iron and steel roofs, we use rust-inhibiting primer systems before topcoat application. For concrete tile roofs, we apply penetrating sealers and appropriate tile paint. For butynol and membrane roofs, we use compatible coating systems designed to restore and extend the membrane rather than trap moisture beneath a non-breathable coating.
