Floor Coating Process:
- Surface Preparation (Grinding)
Mechanically grind the floor to remove contaminants and create a suitable surface profile. - Cleaning / Vacuuming
Thoroughly clean the surface to remove all dust and debris. - Crack Repair
Repair cracks and surface imperfections to ensure a smooth substrate. - Primer Application
Apply primer to enhance adhesion. - Topcoat Application (three Coats)
Apply two coats of topcoat for durability and a high-quality finish.

- Resene Uracryl 400 Series Hardener
- Uracryl 402 urethane acrylic semi-gloss finish

Grind the floor to remove contaminants and prepare the surface. - Cleaning / Vacuuming
Remove all dust and debris. - Skim Coating / Patching (Levelling)
Apply skim coat or patching compound to level the surface and fill imperfections. - Re-Grinding
Lightly grind the surface to achieve a smooth finish. - Primer Application
Apply primer to ensure proper adhesion. - Topcoat Application (2 Coats)
Apply two coats of topcoat for durability and finish.
